Basic and well located
Central location and right next to King's Cross station, which makes getting around the city and our arrival and departure, which was by train, very convenient. Check-in is also smooth; we had no issues.
The room is extremely small, very uncomfortable even for a couple. Since they use an automated check-in and check-out system, guests cannot always rely on staff being available at the hotel. It feels more like an apartment rental model rather than a hotel. I also found it quite inconvenient that there is a charge for luggage in the locker. On top of that, I received several emails insisting on offering this service as well as early check-in (only two hours earlier), but all for an extra fee! It felt very commercial, with no concern for the guest's well-being. The experience wasn’t bad, but I would probably not stay there again on my next trip.
